At Footwear etc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original brand packaging, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
